12 Foods = 6 Meals Kids Love

12 Foods makes learning to cook fun. The pictoral recipe booklets (Italian or Mexican style) are ideal for youth, ESL clients, or low literate audiences. A Leaders Guide (see pdf below ) provides six lessons each with hands-on instruction. The lessons - the six meals - involve food preparation, cooking and tasting. Also covered is the introduction and practice of concepts such as measuring, kitchen safety, hand washing and celebration!
